(This point reminds me to keep my car as long as possible.  The car bug is here again.  Anyway, will be utilising the current car for a road trip instead of waiting for a bigger capacity car.)


2.  Debt is a tool — and a bit of it is healthy
(I guess if used for housing - it's fine.  Apart from this,  would have consider really hard.)


3.  “Little things make a big difference at the end of the year.”

(the 3 Rs - Reduce, Reuse and Recycle)

Hence don't reinvent the wheel.
